Shipping Information

Order details cannot be edited after 24 hours of placing the order. 

We use Royal Mail and DPD for most of our deliveries within the UK. Please do note that if you are located outside of mainland UK including but not limited to the Channel Islands, your country may expect you to pay the duty fees required to import goods into your country - a fee that might be placed on delivery by your country's government. Shipping to countries outside the United Kingdom can take up to 20 days for delivery.

Most orders placed will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday).

You can expect your parcel within 7 - 9 business days in mainland UK once your order has been processed. When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the next available business day.

If your order does not arrive within 7 - 9 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the courier. We guarantee your parcel's delivery as all items are tracked. If you accept "leave in a safe place" directly with our courier we will no longer take responsibility for the package.

For the O'LEA Lux Mats, production can take up to 5 days and then an addtional 7 - 9 business days for delivery. please be mindful as this item is custom made.
